Woorden die mij omschrijven zijn verbindend, analytisch maar ook operationeel en inventief.

Ik gebruik mijn analytische vaardigheden om feit van mening, en mening van assumptie te onderscheiden. Zonder a priori te oordelen. Hierdoor ben ik in staat om mensen te verbinden rond een thema of project zodat ieder zijn of haar volwaardige rol krijgt en betrokken is bij het (behalen van) het succes.

Ik houd er ook van operationeel bezig te zijn om het “denken” en “praten” in resultaat omgezet te zien worden en daarmee impact op de business te realiseren.

Mijn inventiviteit wordt gedreven met het doel succes te behalen “against the odds”.

Ik ben geïnteresseerd in contact met de doelgroepen ook buiten de organisatie, oplossingen voor de doelgroep en strategische fit tussen doelgroep en product. Uiteindelijk om een prestatie neer te zetten voor u.

Van origine medisch bioloog waardoor ik medische wetenschap goed kan verteren en waar nodig als volwaardig gesprekspartner kan fungeren.
